Returns and Refunds
Due to the nature of our services, Coast Above LLC does not offer traditional returns.
All bookings and services are subject to the terms outlined below.
Deposits & Payments
- Deposits may be required to secure a booking
- Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed
- Remaining balances must be paid as agreed prior to or upon completion of the service
Cancellations
If you need to cancel or reschedule:
- Please notify us as soon as possible
- Rescheduling is allowed based on availability
- Last-minute cancellations may result in loss of deposit
Weather & Rescheduling
Drone operations are dependent on safe weather conditions.
If a shoot cannot take place due to:
- Rain
- Strong winds
- Unsafe flying conditions
We will reschedule your shoot at no additional cost.
Completed Services
Once a service has been completed and media has been delivered:
- All sales are final
- No refunds will be issued
Revisions
Basic revisions may be included depending on your selected package.
Additional edits outside the agreed scope may require an extra fee.
