Media Delivery
Delivery Timeline
All media is delivered within 24–72 hours unless otherwise agreed upon before the shoot.
Larger or more complex projects may require additional time. If so, this will be clearly communicated in advance.
Delivery Method
All final content is delivered digitally via:
- Secure download link
- Google Drive or a similar file-sharing platform
Clients will receive easy access to download and save their files.
File Formats
Delivered media may include:
- High-resolution JPEG photos
- 4K or HD video files (MP4 format)
All content is optimized for both social media and professional use.
Revisions
Basic revisions may be included depending on the package selected.
Additional edits or revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur extra fees.
Storage & Backup
Coast Above LLC will retain a backup of your media for a limited time after delivery.
We recommend downloading and securely storing your files upon receipt.
We are not responsible for lost files after the storage period has passed.
Usage Rights
Clients are granted usage rights for their intended personal or business use.
Coast Above LLC retains the right to use all media for:
- Marketing
- Social media
- Portfolio purposes
If you would like to request private or non-promotional use, this must be agreed upon in writing before the shoot.

If you experience any issues accessing or downloading your files, please contact us and we will assist you as soon as possible.
